Simply spray a light coating of this on your backing material to create a "sticky" base for those hard to hoop items. Your hooped items will stay put! No more shifting, yet the items is repositionable.
Works great for small or difficult to hoop items. Just hoop the stabilizer, spray a bit of this adhesive, and stick the item to the hooped stabilizer. You will wonder how you got along without it!
