No, we don't provide embroidery services. Our specialty is providing "blank" or unadorned items to folks who do embroider. We also have free machine embroidery design files available for our customers to download and stitch on their machines, but do not offer decorating services here.
If you are looking for someone to embroider on
an item you have purchased from us, we suggest you try your local yellow pages under "Embroidery"
or contact your local sewing store for a list of Embroidery Professionals. You may also find an embroidery professional in your area by contacting the National Network of Embroidery Professionals at www.nnep.net
What Holidays are you closed?
Embroider This! operates Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
We are closed on the following Holidays:

This schedule mirrors the UPS holiday schedule. We are unable to ship orders UPS on the above holidays (except for Christmas Eve), therefore we choose to close our warehouse on those days.

What is your Shipping Policy?
All in stock items are are shipped the next business day after you place your order. We pride ourselves on Fast Delivery!
If something is out of stock and will take more than 1-2 days to ship, we will contact
you and advise you of the expected ship date. See Shipping

What is your Refund Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, we will take the item(s) back within 30 days. We will refund the price of the item(s) and the sales taxes, if any.
Exceptions: Closeout or Clearance Items are not returnable.

We do not refund shipping charges. But if you are returning items because we made a mistake in shipping your order or if the item is defective, we will refund shipping charges as well.

If you wish you may pay by check or money order payable to Embroider This!. Orders
will not be processed until check or money order is received. Allow 7 business

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Massachusetts residents must pay 6.25% sales tax. this will be automatically added to your order total at the check out. Residents of other states are not
charged sales tax. See Shipping for more information.
Do you ship Internationally?
Orders to Canada can be placed directly on our web site. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail; rates are based on the weight of the order, and will be displayed on the shopping cart pages.
Orders outside the United States and Canada can be placed by e-mail. If you are interested in placing an international order, contact our customer service team by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the item numbers, item descriptions, price, color or size options, and quantities. Let us know the full shipping address and we will send a quote for your approval before proceeding with the order. Our quote will include order total, shipping costs, time in transit and payment instructions. We prefer PayPal for payment on international orders, and will send you a link for payment once you have confirmed the order and chosen your shipping option by e-mail.
